Keck has been developing and producing high-quality Release Agent Systems for decades, which are used in almost all areas of manufacturing, including the shoe industry, automotive production, furniture manufacturing and in the processing of technical parts.
Keck's Release Agents are characterised by their easy handling, low consumption and clean demoulding. They minimise mould build-up and offer reliable performance in various industrial processes. Depending on the requirements, we can customise the Release Agents in terms of gloss level, appearance and feel to meet the specific needs of our customers.
Our range includes Release Agents for various materials, including PU Systems (Mono-Polyester, 2-Colour Polyester, Mono-Polyether, 2-Colour Polyether), Rubber, Polystyrene and EVA. All products are ready to use, but can also be supplied as a concentrate on request. In addition, we offer our Release Agents in three variants: solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based.
Due to increased demand, we have also developed silicone-free and tin-free versions of many of our release agents. Our portfolio also includes release agents for integral foam, cold foam, flexible foam and RIM. Our range is supplemented by special cleaners, such as hose, mould or screw cleaners, which are characterised by their high effectiveness in removing PU and release agent residues.

PU-Colour Pastes
PU-Colour Pastes are used for colouring polyurethane foam and are available in various viscosities. All colour pastes can be purchased as basic colours or according to colour samples or colour systems (RAL, Pantone, NCS, HKS).
Adhesives
High-quality Adhesives that are used in the areas of shoe production, shoe repair and orthopedics, as well as in the leather processing industry.
Finish
Shoe Finishes and Leather Care Products have a long tradition in our company. The finish range is complemented by various cleaning products and leather repair paints and pastes.
Paints & Varnishes
All Paints & Varnishes are available, depending on the customer's wishes, as basic colours, or adjusted according to colour samples or various colour systems (RAL, Pantone, NCS, HKS).
In-Mould-Coating
This special form of surface coating has been established itself as a functional technology for many industrial applications.
