Keck offers a wide range of PU Colour Pastes that have been specially developed for the direct colouring of polyurethane foams. Our Colour Pastes are available in different viscosities and can be used flexibly: They can either be dosed via a mixing head or mixed directly into the polyol during the batch process.
These Pastes are used in a variety of industries, such as the technical industry, the shoe industry, where they are used for colouring PU soles, or in the automotive sector, for example for colouring steering wheels, headrests and interior trim. Our products are also used in the furniture industry, for example for armrests and seat upholstery.
Our PU Pastes, which are only available phthalate-free, are compatible with standard polyether and polyester PU systems and are suitable for a wide range of hardness levels. They can be supplied either as basic colours or according to individual colour samples, including the common international colour chart systems such as RAL, Pantone, NCS and HKS. In addition, we also offer solutions adapted to specific requirements, such as UV-stabilised variants.
